SafetyStratus Release Notes - Data Manager UI Upgrade

We are excited to announce a major update to the Data Manager administrator workspace, focused on delivering a cleaner, faster, and more modern user experience. This update includes a full migration from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5, along with enhancements that improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and performance across the platform.

Overview

To enhance usability and modernize the interface (UI), we completed a comprehensive UI upgrade across the application. This update included:

• Migrating major modules from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5

• Updating all dependent UI plugins

• Integrating responsive Bootstrap 5 pop-ups and modals for a cleaner and unified user experience

New Additions

• Modern Bootstrap 5 Interface - The entire Data Manager module now runs on Bootstrap 5, providing better responsiveness, modern layouts, enhanced styling, and improved performance.

• Updated Modal Dialogs - All legacy pop-up windows have been replaced with Bootstrap 5 modal dialogs, improving clarity, speed, and consistency when adding or editing records.

• Refreshed Tooltip System - Tooltips now follow the updated Bootstrap 5 design—cleaner visuals and improved readability for quick guidance.

• Unified UI Components - All tabs and subtabs (Users, Rooms, Training, Assets, Catalog, Waste, etc.) now use consistent design standards, ensuring a seamless experience across modules.

Key Differences

• Cleaner, Modern Layout - Pages now feature improved spacing, alignment, and structure to reduce visual clutter and make scanning easier.

• Improved Responsiveness - Layouts adjust more reliably across devices, fixing several earlier Bootstrap 3 limitations.

• Stability & Performance Fixes - Numerous migration-related issues were resolved, resulting in faster load times and fewer UI glitches.
